Dak Prescott finally signed his contract extension with the Cowboys just moments before kicking off his ninth season. The Cowboys offered him a $240 million bag making him the highest-paid player by AAV in NFL history, and his girlfriend Sarah Jane Ramos couldn’t be more proud of his enormous feat.
Although the Cowboys fans might have second thoughts about having Dak as their QB for another four years, his girlfriend Sarah knew he was “the most deserving man” for this job.
Moments after the announcement of Dak’s new contract, Sarah took to Instagram to speak her heart on her boyfriend’s payday which he was waiting for all offseason long.
“The most deserving man and the best partner and father. We love you,” she wrote sharing a picture of him posted by the Cowboys celebrating his new extension.
Cheering for Dak, Sarah was also seen in the stands of the Huntington Bank Field in Cleveland for the Browns matchup. She was carrying her baby girl MJ while being escorted by fellow Cowboys wag Sloan Shepley, wife of Cowboys lineman Dakoda Shepley.
Sarah Jane Ramos keeps herself away from the spotlight but her support for her husband is something she never shies away from sharing. Her affection for Dak was also visible when she visited him at training camp with baby MJ in her hands and the QB was seen embracing his family.
Jerry Jones Speaks Up on Dak Prescott’s Extension
Dak was looking sharper than ever before entering the Browns stadium before the game. After all his months-long negotiations with Jerry Jones and the Dallas Cowboys have paid off literally. It was though an expected move by the Cowboys, Jerry Jones was seen as a thrifty GM for making his stars wait this long for a payday.
“We made this deal, not to be cute with words, but it involved nothing we couldn’t do. This involved everything about doing it. No matter what some of the technical aspects were, at the end of the day, we had to believe in our future with Dak,” Jones said.
Jerry Jones also gave a sneaky hint about his near-ending tenure with the Cowboys as he stated he hopes to see Dak as his QB for as long as he is with his franchise.
This now puts a lot of pressure on the shoulders of Dak with a Super Bowl championship at the top of Jerry Jones’ wishlist.
