Where Is Shilo Sanders Now, After Getting Cut From the Tampa Bay Buccaneers? What Does He Plan To Do Next?

Fans have been wondering about Shilo Sanders’ whereabouts now that the Tampa Bay Buccaneers have let him go. Shilo hasn’t been hiding. He’s still in Tampa, keeping busy by dropping vlogs that show pieces of his day-to-day life.

Just last week, he shared a visit to ‘Bich Nga,’ a local Vietnamese café. More recently, he filmed himself exploring what he called the most dangerous part of the city. Shilo revealed he’s got a place in Tampa until December, but after that, he’s weighing his options.

Los Angeles and Atlanta are on the table, though Texas isn’t, since his dad already has a mansion there.

Shilo Sanders’ Plans For Music and Acting in LA or Atlanta

As he maps out his next move, Shilo considers Los Angeles an option. He feels like LA will offer him a better chance to dive into acting and push further with his music career.

Fans already know he’s got talent, and LA offers the network and creative environment to make things happen. “I’ve been thinking about LA, you know, for the acting stuff and for the music stuff,” said Shilo. “There’s a lot of people that do my music videos that’s coming out… so it’s easier to work with people in LA.”

Still, he admits LA comes with safety concerns. That’s why Atlanta is also in play. With its thriving entertainment industry and plenty of acting opportunities, it’s a realistic option he’s weighing carefully. “I’ve been thinking about staying in Atlanta again for the acting stuff,” Shilo explained.

But the decision isn’t final. He’s also got Miami in mind, where he thinks it may better suit his lifestyle and long-term plans. And since Shedeur likes to visit there from time to time, it may not be a bad place.

Shilo Eyes Miami as Next Move

Miami’s lifestyle and opportunities make it a tempting choice. “Miami is pretty cool. It’s like similar to Tampa, but like it’s different,” Shilo explained, noting how the beaches and vibrant culture caught his attention.

The location also makes sense for his family. “My family would still want to come visit me,” he said, adding they already enjoy spending time in Tampa, so Miami would be just as appealing.

His brother, Shedeur, is another factor. “Shedeur likes going to Miami a lot to go on vacations,” Shilo shared.

Beyond family, networking is a huge draw. As he put it, “Everybody from all the places I just named go to Miami at least once per year for doing videos, for you know, doing collabs with people, music, whatever it is. Everybody stop in Miami. So that’s what I was considering when I’m thinking about where I’m going to live at.”

Still undecided, Shilo has opened the floor to fans: “But y’all help me out. Tell me where y’all think I should live at in January.”

Wherever Shilo Sanders decides to settle, whether it’s LA, Atlanta, or Miami, his next chapter looks set to blend entertainment, family, and new opportunities.

Freedom Away from Being in a Team

For the first time since he was five, Shilo Sanders is experiencing life without the structure of sports, and he’s soaking it in. “One time when I was getting ready for camp, I ran 6 miles straight, and I would never do that again,” he recalled.

Now, as he plans to join a running club in Tampa, he admits, “I’m not running over a mile and a half perhaps.” The freedom comes with small joys, too. “I get to drink Sprite. I’m just playing,” he joked, before reflecting on the reality: “I never had this much free time since I was like in the womb probably.”

“Tomorrow I’m going to this run club here in Tampa… so I can stay in shape just in case we get that call,” he said, hinting he hasn’t closed the door on football just yet.

Shilo’s certainly having fun even away from being in a team. What’s certain now is that fans will be watching closely as he carves out his post-football path.
