“I cried the whole show,” Hailee Steinfeld shared in her Beau Society newsletter, reacting to the major wins and the moment’s impact on the industry.
But beyond the glitz of the Oscars, Steinfeld’s focus was on something much closer to her heart. Her upcoming baby with NFL star Josh Allen.

In the same newsletter, Hailee Steinfeld gave fans a rare glimpse into her pregnancy journey, describing a heartfelt baby shower organized by her mother.
“On a sunny Saturday in LA, my mom and about 30 women I love so much gathered in my most comfortable place—my backyard,” Steinfeld wrote. “My mom planned the entire gorgeous thing.”
The celebration leaned into a simple, meaningful theme rather than anything over-the-top. According to Hailee Steinfeld, the setup followed a soft nursery rhyme concept, with books and delicate details placed around the space to create a warm, cozy atmosphere.
“Looking around and seeing this amazing group of women… meant so much,” the pregnant Hailee Steinfeld added. “I can’t believe this little person is already so loved.”
A Meaningful Touch That Stood Out
One of the most memorable parts of the baby shower was beyond décor or gifts. It was a hands-on activity that brought everyone together.
Hailee Steinfeld revealed that her mom planned a knitting session where each guest created a small piece of fabric. These pieces will later be combined into a single blanket for the baby.
