Deion Sanders has spent his entire career stacking wins on the field and stacking properties off of it. Real estate has always been one of his favorite arenas.
Today, Deion Sanders lives in a stunning mansion in Longmont, Colorado. A $3.97 million estate he purchased after taking over as head coach of the Colorado Buffaloes.
His son, Shedeur Sanders, grew up around that same love for elegant homes. And with major partnerships fueling his lifestyle, he’s built his own version of high-end living.
Between his massive NIL deals in college and his $4.6 million rookie contract with the Browns, Shedeur has already earned millions. As Cleveland’s starting quarterback, he now spends most of his time in a quiet suburban home near the city.
Shedeur Sanders has kept the address private for safety reasons, something that suddenly made perfect sense after Week 11, when reports surfaced that someone had broken into his home during the Browns-Ravens matchup. Police still have no suspects, and no one knows exactly what was taken.
And now, just a few months into Shedeur’s NFL career, father and son are moving in a new direction together. Deion revealed that they’re now eyeing property with Shedeur.
Deion Sanders and Shedeur’s Real Estate Plans
Deion Sanders recently revealed their new venture, saying, “We’re trying to buy a house together right now.” But like any family project, it hasn’t come without jokes and friendly tension. According to Deion, the biggest snag is simple: “He wants the master.”
The Browns’ young quarterback may have his eyes on the biggest room, but his dad has one condition before handing over that luxury space. With a grin, Deion Sanders said it plainly: “Put more in.” It’s the kind of real, father-son negotiation that shows their bond runs deeper than money or fame.
And even with the playful tug-of-war over who gets what, Deion’s admiration for Shedeur comes through every time he talks about him. “I applaud the young man. Man, I’m just proud of him,” Deion said, smiling as he explained how close they are.
He’d just gotten off the phone with Cleveland’s QB before the interview, proof that their relationship stays tight even with their busy schedules.
When asked whether he plans to fly out and see Shedeur soon, Deion Sanders kept it honest: “I haven’t made that decision yet.” His focus, he explained, is staying locked in on the work in front of him.
Recently, Coach Prime promised fans he’d push even harder to elevate Colorado football, and he doubled down on that commitment once more. “I’m so focused on what we have at hand,” he added, making it clear that building a stronger Buffaloes program remains a top priority.
As for the father-son home they’re planning? That chapter is still unfolding, but with these two, you can expect something big.
