Maxx Crosby Reveals Tom Brady Is Implementing the Method With the Raiders That Bill Belichick Despised of In the Patriots Facility

Ever since Tom Brady became the minority owner of the Las Vegas Raiders, he’s been busy reshaping the franchise from the inside out. He’s bringing in players who match his relentless drive and championship mindset, while also rolling out methods he never had the freedom to fully implement with Bill Belichick in New England.

One of the most striking changes? The return of Alex Guerrero and the full-blown TB12 method, the very system Bill Belichick once shut down in the Patriots’ facility. And now, as Maxx Crosby reveals, Guerrero is deep in the Raiders’ building, improving players with zero restrictions.

Belichick vs. Guerrero: The Fallout

The tension between Bill Belichick and Alex Guerrero was no secret. In 2017, it dominated headlines as Guerrero, Tom Brady’s close friend and personal trainer, gained growing influence inside the Patriots’ facility.

Belichick wasn’t having it. He restricted Guerrero’s access to team areas, flights, and even medical support roles. While the full extent of their feud remains unclear, the message was obvious: Belichick wanted control.

Guerrero’s methods clashed with the team’s traditional medical staff, and Belichick responded by essentially pushing him out. Years later, Belichick even joked at the Brady roast, “It was hard to b*tt heads with Tom because he was so far up Alex Guerrero’s a*s.” A stinging reminder of that long-running power struggle.

Now Tom Brady’s Bringing TB12 to Vegas

Now that Tom Brady is part-owner of the Las Vegas Raiders, he’s wasting no time reshaping the team’s identity, and yes, that includes the full rollout of his TB12 method. Even though his stake is technically “minor,” NFL insider Dianna Russini made it clear on The Ryen Russillo Podcast: “Let’s just start with making it really clear that Tom Brady is running everything in Vegas. It’s all Tom Brady.”

According to Russini, Brady’s influence stretches across every decision from player signings to daily operations. And that includes introducing his trusted TB12 system, which he developed with longtime trainer Alex Guerrero. Russini confirmed, “Even his own TB12 programs are being installed, so to speak.”

TB12 is more than a training plan; it’s a lifestyle overhaul. Created to help Brady play at a high level into his 40s. The program blends personalized nutrition, deep hydration, pliability-focused workouts, and targeted recovery. It’s all about staying mobile, injury-free, and locked in mentally.

And it’s not just behind the scenes anymore. Raiders star Maxx Crosby recently appeared on Johnny Manziel’s podcast and revealed, “Alex Guerrero… he does all my body work.” He added, “Now he’s in the building… he’s running his department and everything is just streamlined. They’re all about winning.”

So, while Belichick once banned Guerrero from the Patriots facility, Brady’s now got him leading a department in Vegas. And just like that, TB12 has gone from limited control in New England to front and center in the Raiders’ culture.
